Wellness Exams & Consultations

Whether it's a routine check-up or something that's worrying you, a consultation is where it starts. Bring your pet in for a general wellness exam to stay on top of their health, or book a visit when you notice something off — changes in behavior, appetite, energy, or anything that doesn't seem right.

Your vet will examine your pet, explain what they find, and discuss the next steps with you.

Surgery

Sterilization & Castration

We perform spay and neuter procedures for both cats and dogs. Each surgery begins with a pre-operative health check to make sure your pet is fit for anesthesia.

Recovery guidance is included: we explain what to expect in the days after surgery, how to manage the incision site, and when to come back for a check-up. Most pets return to normal activity within a week.

Parasite Prevention & Treatment

Fleas, ticks, and intestinal worms are common in Latvia's climate and can affect your pet's health year-round. Regular deworming and flea and tick prevention keep your pet comfortable and reduce the risk of more serious problems.

Your vet can recommend the right prevention schedule based on your pet's lifestyle — whether they spend most of their time indoors or are regularly outdoors in parks and forests.

Oral Health

Dental Care

Dental disease is one of the most common conditions in cats and dogs over three years old. We perform oral examinations, teeth cleaning, and extractions when necessary.

Regular dental check-ups catch problems early — before they cause pain, infection, or tooth loss. We will show you what we find and explain the options.

Diagnostics

Laboratory Diagnostics

Blood tests, urinalysis, and other laboratory work help your vet understand what's going on when symptoms alone aren't enough. Diagnostics are also part of routine wellness exams for older pets, pre-surgical assessments, and monitoring ongoing conditions.

Senior Pet Care

As pets age, their health needs change. Older dogs and cats benefit from more frequent check-ups to catch age-related conditions early — joint problems, organ function changes, weight shifts, and dental issues all become more common.

Nutrition Consultations

The right diet depends on your pet's age, breed, weight, and health. Whether you need help choosing the right food, managing weight, or finding a diet for a specific condition, your vet can guide you. We also carry premium pet foods in our pet store.

Microchipping

A quick, virtually painless procedure that gives your pet a permanent form of identification. Required for pet passports and international travel, and strongly recommended for all pets — the most reliable way to reunite lost animals with their owners.

Patient Care

Anxious & difficult patients

Some pets are nervous, reactive, or have had bad experiences at other clinics. We approach them with patience, adapted handling techniques, and the time they need. No rushing, no force.

“Found an approach even for a very capricious patient who wouldn't let other doctors near her!”
